Sage is a personal health app operated by AImpact Nexus LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what data Sage collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Sage is built around a simple idea: your health data is yours, and Sage exists to show it back to you. We are honest about what we do and do not do with it.

Data We Collect

Sage collects the following, all connected to your account:

• Account information — your email address and authentication details, used to create and secure your account.
• Wearable data — when you connect a device such as an Oura ring or a Google/Pixel watch, Sage retrieves the metrics you authorize, such as sleep, readiness, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, body-temperature trend, blood oxygen (SpO2), steps, and activity.
• Lab and blood results — biomarker values and reference ranges you enter yourself from your own lab work.
• Nutrition and workout logs — meals, nutrition information, and training or workout activity you record.
• Basic technical data — standard information needed to operate the app securely and fix problems (for example, error logs).

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Show you your own health information, trends, and cross-correlations over time — this is the core purpose of Sage.
• Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Respond to you when you contact us for support.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your health data for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Sage is a personal awareness tool, not a medical provider. The insights it shows are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Terms of Service for more.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored in our database hosted on Supabase (which runs on cloud infrastructure), protected by access controls and encryption in transit. We rely on a small set of service providers to run the app (for example, our hosting and database providers), and they process data only to provide those services to us. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

Connected Third-Party Services

When you connect a service like Oura or Google, you authorize Sage to access the data you approve. Those providers have their own privacy policies governing the data they hold. You can disconnect a connected service at any time, which stops future data from being retrieved.

Your Rights and Choices

• Access — you can view your data in the app at any time.
• Deletion — you may request that we delete your account and the health data associated with it. Email us and we will delete it, except where we must retain limited records to meet a legal obligation.
• Disconnect — you can revoke a connected wearable or service at any time.

Children

Sage is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
